On Wednesday March 21st 2018 schools from Liguria and Lombardia participating to the Project “Extreme Energy Events – La Scienza nelle Scuole” (EEE) met at Liceo Gandini in Lodi. Students and teachers from Liceo Gandini – Lodi, IIS Volta – Lodi, IIS Maserati – Voghera, Liceo Chiabrera – Savona, Liceo Calasanzio – Carcare, Liceo Casiraghi – Cinisello Balsamo and IIS Cesaris – Casalpusterlengo attended in person while the other the schools from the two regions connected in videoconferencing. In the morning presentations from EEE researchers M. Battaglieri, A. Bianchi and D.Menasce reported about the status of the project and procedures to analyze data within Excel and Root frameworks. Students and teachers from school just entered in the EEE Project had a chance to see how the collaboration works while the long-experience attendees learned new methodologies and procedures for further data analysis. A significant fraction of the meeting time has been devoted to student’s presentations. Recent data analysis carried out in the different schools using the two frameworks has been presented. Liceo Gandini student’s reported about the recent stage at CERN to assemble the EEE detectors. In the afternoon while S. Grazzi hold a master class for students presenting the analysis of the Forbush Effect within Root framework, teachers and EEE researchers gathered in a closed-door meeting to review the work done during the last year and coordinate future actions.
