EGU General Assembly 2025

- Vienna

High latitude muon and neutron observation of the Forbush decrease during the May 2024 solar storms. Observation of the Forbush decrease during the May 2024 solar storms with different muon and neutron detectors in the high-latitude site of the Svalbard archipelago

The EGU General Assembly 2025 brings together geoscientists from all over the world in a single meeting that covers all disciplines of Earth, planetary, and space sciences.

The European Geosciences Union (EGU) aims to provide a forum where scientists—especially early-career researchers—can present their work and engage in discussions with experts across all fields of geosciences.

The EEE Collaboration took part in the conference with two talks:

  • M. Schröen, High-latitude muon and neutron observation of the Forbush decrease during the May 2024 solar storms
  • O. Pinazza, Observation of the Forbush decrease during the May 2024 solar storms with different muon and neutron detectors in the high-latitude site of the Svalbard archipelago
