Centro Fermi confirms its support to the annual “Festival Scienza” held in Cagliari in 2019. This twelfth edition of the science fair held in the main city of Sardinia had the participation of students from liceo scientifico Pacinotti, istituto Levi and new University students from the project EEE who made shifts for five days to explain the physics of cosmic rays to a miscellaneous audience. The instrumentation used to show the muon flux was courtesy of the INFN Cagliari and one of the famous cosmic box. It was possible to illustrate the project EEE’s work to students from middle to high school and to a large number of curious people interested in science who make this festival an annual success since 2007. In this 2019 edition there was a special opportunity of visibility for the Polar Queeest project: a multimedia exposition under the title “82°07’-sulle tracce del dirigibile Italia” was set in the building of the “fondazione di Sardegna”. The visual tour guides the visitor through the beauty of artic landscapes to the physics and story behind the project. The exposition culminates with a video of the experience. The success of this show, made with the collaboration of the crs4, makes it possible to extend its exposition over the length of the science fair.
